Bandana Sondhi Has Let Her Work Speak—Across Fashion, Film, Entrepreneurship, and Influence

Some careers are built around a single profession. Others evolve into a portfolio of experiences shaped by curiosity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to growth. Bandana Sondhi belongs to the latter. Entrepreneur, fashion curator, model, actor, influencer, writer, and founder, she has built a career that refuses to be confined by conventional labels. Instead, it has been guided by one philosophy that has remained constant throughout her journey: “Work Is Sacred.”

Raised in South Delhi and educated at Loreto Convent School and Jesus & Mary College, Bandana began her professional life in an environment far removed from fashion and entertainment. Her early career took shape in the banking sector, where she worked with American Express and HSBC in areas including risk management and credit card operations. Those formative years instilled in her a strong sense of professionalism, discipline, and respect for people—qualities that continue to define her entrepreneurial and creative pursuits.

When Destiny Changed Direction

While banking provided stability, life had a different trajectory in store. An unexpected opportunity introduced Bandana to the world of fashion, setting in motion a journey that would eventually span modelling, brand collaborations, entrepreneurship, and creative storytelling.

She began by styling clients before transitioning into modelling, quickly becoming a familiar face in advertising campaigns for leading national and international brands. Over the years, she has featured in campaigns for Maltovita, Delhi Daredevils, AU Bank, Samsung, BMW, Philips, Shangri-La Hotels, SpiceJet, Pullman Hotels, Bata, Google, and several other prominent brands.

Her screen presence also extended into cinema, including a pivotal role in the Bollywood film Setters and an appearance in the short film Ek Jhalak alongside actor Amit Sadh.

Building Platforms for Others

Beyond her own professional success, Bandana has consistently focused on creating opportunities for emerging entrepreneurs. In 2013, she launched Supergirl Chronicles by Bandana, a series of curated pop-up exhibitions in South Delhi designed to support women entrepreneurs, designers, and small businesses.

Long before creator communities and collaborative retail became industry trends, these exhibitions offered an accessible platform where emerging brands could showcase their work, connect with customers, and grow without prohibitive costs. The initiative continues to reflect Bandana’s belief that entrepreneurship flourishes best when opportunities are shared.

Creating a Distinct Fashion Identity

Bandana later transformed her creative vision into her own fashion label, Supergirl Attitude by Bandana, a fusion fashion brand that blends individuality with contemporary design.

Expanding this vision further, she recently opened Supergirl Attitude Underground in Greater Kailash Part II, New Delhi. More than a retail space, the store serves as a collaborative platform where designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and lifestyle brands come together through curated events, exhibitions, and creative partnerships.

Her entrepreneurial journey also expanded into the fragrance industry with the launch of three signature perfumes—INDI SOUL, INDI NOOR, and RUH E HIND—each reflecting her evolving approach to lifestyle branding.

Beyond Fashion

Alongside entrepreneurship and media, Bandana has remained active as a writer, contributing articles to publications including Asian Age and Zoom Delhi. Her writing reflects the same thoughtful perspective that defines her work across fashion and business.

As an influencer, she has collaborated with numerous fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and luxury brands, building long-term relationships grounded in credibility and consistency rather than fleeting digital trends. The fact that brands continue to work with her repeatedly speaks to the trust she has cultivated over the years.

A Career Defined by Consistency

What makes Bandana Sondhi’s journey distinctive is not simply the number of roles she has embraced, but the consistency with which she has approached each one. Whether in banking, fashion, entrepreneurship, film, writing, or brand building, she has allowed her work to become her strongest introduction.

Her story is less about reinvention and more about continuous evolution—a reminder that meaningful careers are rarely linear. They are built through discipline, resilience, and the willingness to embrace new opportunities without losing sight of one’s values.

Today, Bandana Sondhi continues to build, collaborate, mentor, and create, proving that enduring influence is not measured by how loudly it is projected, but by the lasting impact of the work itself.
